Peace and quiet

A lovely period first floor flat suitable for 1/2 people on a business/leisure stay. Set in a secluded Victorian house (Churchfield, 3 Bangor Rd) close to the heart of Holywood (cafes 2 min walk/station 10 min walk/city airport 5 min drive). Self-contained with its own entrance the flat is fully serviced (includes heat/wifi), has private off-road parking and access to a mature garden. Our guests often comment how cosy and quiet the flat is but still close to all amenities. Tourism NI approved.

The space
The first floor flat comprises: its own entrance into a welcoming living room with comfortable armchairs, table and a compact kitchen with everything needed to cook, leading to a double bedroom via 3 steps with an en-suite shower room. The flat overlooks the walled garden (for guests to share with owners) with views to the Holywood hills.

Facilities include: double bed (cot on request), all bed/bath/kitchen linen (replenished for stays over a week), hot water/heat, combination oven/microwave/grill, 2 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board/hairdryer, access to washing machine (not in flat but only used by guests), private off-road parking.

Due to Covid-19 we are currently adhering to social distancing guidelines and enhanced cleaning protocols set out by Airbnb and the Tourist Board. This means guests must use the key lockbox on arrival and it may mean we are less flexible with early arrivals or late departures due to longer changeover cleaning. We hope that guests still feel welcome and can ask for help!
