I'm sorry we didn't live up to your expectations, but I think they might have been a little unreasonable. You are the ONLY person that has ever given us a 1 star review. I will try to respond to your complaints one at a time, to hopefully clear things up for you and any other potential guests. * Our water feature/pool is a 20 foot by 40 foot pool that is 8 feet deep. I don't think that would qualify as a "small wading pool" *Our Tiki bar is available for all of our guests to use. It is also used for special occasions such as weddings. No where in our advertising does it say that we have an open bar on the resort. *Zeke's Cantina is a Old West Museum and open to our guests at all times. It's location is on the resort map that all of our guests are provided with, I'm sorry if you couldn't find it. Again, a simple call or text could have taken care of this. *I'm sorry you felt unsafe, however we can't control the size of our guests and if he was threatening in any manner you could have called or messaged on AirB for assistance. *We are also not in control of how many cell towers your carrier has in our area. We do provide a public phone on the office porch for just such occasions. *There is a staff member on site 24/7. The answering service will contact the on call person, You can reach someone through AirB messaging, and a personal Cell Phone number is also posted on the office door. *I'm sorry the porch light was to bright for you, there is a light switch to turn it off. *We purchased new mattress toppers for all of our mattresses last year and have had wonderful reviews about our beds. I'm sorry you were uncomfortable. *I'm sorry your refrigerator had an odor. The answering service did contact the owner about this on your behalf, but when he asked for your number so he could call you back and assist you, they told him that you didn't want a call back, only that you wanted to let us know that it wasn't you that caused the smell. We are sorry you had a bad experience and won't be returning. But find it interesting that everyone else that has stayed has given us comments on how amazing our property is.
