  • The appartment and Tope was great. Easy walking distance to Big Ben, London Eye and other major attaractions. Tourist busses right in front of the appartment and Waterloo train station as well. Everything worked out very fine - thank you!

  • Tope was a super accommodating host. It was my first trip to London (Europe for that matter) and I ended up losing/getting my passport stolen the day I arrived. I let Tope know and he went far beyond what a host would normally do to help out. He did a bunch of research to give me numbers and hours of places I could call for help. Good news was that I was able to get an emergency passport the following day and continue the rest of my Europe trip.

I highly recommend his flat if it's your first time and you want to do all the touristy things and are on a budget. Tope's flat is right next to all the major attractions within walking distance (Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster, The London Eye) and near trains.

  • Tope was brilliant! My sister and I stayed at his accommodation in January. We have never done anything like Airbnb before and it was a whole new experience for us! I couldn't fault our experience in any way! Tope was super efficient at communicating with us; flexible with our needs; very welcoming and interested in having conversations with us... Our other self catering holidays I've had to buy everything from the coffee to the toilet paper to the cutlery... Thankfully Tope provided all the basic needs! He offered to upgrade us to a bigger room at no additional cost so we took him up on the offer but all the rooms are really good sizes. The bathroom and kitchen was clean. We had access to a fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave. There were other people in the flat but we didn't see them. Very quiet and relaxed. We were super close to the tube station. Really did tick all the boxes for us! Thank you so much Tope! You've set the bar really high for our next holiday hosts!

  • Tope was a brilliant host. The room was nice and tidy just as the rest of the flat. With closed windows you could not hear the trains and the view from the window was so nice.
Top is a great guy to talk to and it was a delight to stay there. He made sure that we felt at home and happy at all times.
The location of the flat was perfect, too. Within a five minute walk we were at the Big Ben.
Next time I will stay in London I will definitly stay at Tope's place again. I absolutly loves the place!

  • Place is located close by the underground station on the verge of Zone 1 and was easy to find due to very good directions Tope provided.

The room was clean, and so were the common facilities (kitchen, bathroom). Bed linen and towels were also provided, which was very handy for keeping the luggage to the minimum.

Kitchen cabinets host a couple of plates and cups plus cutlery (and tea bags) and there's space in the fridge to store some items during the stay. You're still probably best off eating out or microwaving food (unless you're fine with cereal and sandwiches).

Tope was easy to reach and communicate with regard to meeting up and sorting out the keys and the rest of organizational details. I can recommend the listing without reservations.

  • Brilliant location, took us 20 mins to walk from Trafalgar Square. We felt like it was a very safe area. We would have liked to have spent more time chatting with Tope, who was a good host, but there was too much else to do. This was our first with Airbnb and Tope was a good communicator who helped us through the 'system'. We are looking forward to trying somewhere else.

  • The reasons why one would choose this place are clear: the price and the location. I never once felt like I paid too much for it and the location really is great. I liked the nearby shops and businesses of Lower Marsh and a few of the restaurants at the end of that street at Waterloo, along with the Old Vic theatre. I ate at the cafe, got laundry done at the drycleaners, bought groceries and got my shoes soled. It's also really handy to the tube and close to town.
Of course, when you're traveling you're not going to spend all your time in your accommodation. There certainly isn't anything fancy about the place. I liked the size of the bed and the room, the shower, the hairdryer, the iron and the wifi. The cleanliness may worry some; not being able to cook, do laundry, or lock your room may also pose problems to others. I didn't have a problem though. There were guests coming in and out of that place every few days but I barely saw them.
Tope is friendly and will answer any questions you might have. I was a few minutes late in arriving but he was very understanding. Thanks for a great place to stay!

  • Really friendly guy who is in for a talk and to help you out in case its necessairy! Room and toilet facilities are clean! Beautifully located, just nearby many hotspots. I would really recommend staying at Tope's place!

  • Tope was a fantastic host. We arrived a bit early but he rolled with it and made us comfortable while he readied the room. He pointed out some great spots to visit on our trip. Room was nice and clean, and the flat was 5 minutes walk to Houses of Parliament/Westminster. Altogether I would highly recommend Tope if you will be staying in London.

About
I'm a simplistic guy.. Currently i am playing the financial Markets from home and trying to start up a leisure events organisation(Bringing like minded people together in a fun environment). I love all the good things that life has to offer and i wish i could do more to improve on that and touch other peoples life's in a positive way as there is still much to do to improve the state of the world. One thing i have realised of late is that i cant do without my laptop, smartphone and the internet these are fast becoming oxygen..lol I love reading, Table Tennis, travelling good food and a whole lot more... Why am i on airbnb?? I guess I can be of help to someone visiting the beautiful city of London on a Budget...
