Modern, spacious 5 bedroom house situated on the canals in upmarket & secure Marina Island. Amazing indoor/outdoor flow from lounge and TV room onto wooden deck, private pool with optional heating, braai area & canals with beach and moorings for a boat & jetski. Keyless entry and free wi-fi.

The space
Open plan Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen with Scullery/Laundry. The kitchen has a centre island with 4 chairs. The dining room has a large table that seats 10. There are lounge suites in both the lounge and separate TV room. The TV room has a cocktail bar with 2 bar fridges. The lounge is tastefully decorated with a Fireplace. It opens onto both a private braai area on the one side and a pool and wooden deck flowing onto the canals on the other side.

5 Bedrooms (2 main), all of which are en-suite (3 king + 2 x 2 single beds) All 5 bedrooms have TV’s connected to the 2 decoders and DVD player. 4 bedrooms are upstairs 3 of which have balconies. 1 bedroom downstairs leads onto its own private garden courtyard
