First of all, WOW. If you are planning to visit San Miguel de Allende for the first time or for your second or so time, I highly recommend you to stay at Ca'Rossa it's only a few minutes walk to the main square, I stayed here because more than just reviews caught my attention, along the way to the main square you will see the famous artisans Market, you will see shops along the way, restaurants, and even wonderful bakeries, you can hear the beautiful church bells and from Margarets home you can even see the Parroquia De San Miguel from her rooftop terrace garden both during the day and night time. She has 2 lovely and sweet cats, and her home is like a palace filled with art and books, the bathroom and your room are very beautiful almost feels like you are not in Mexico but more like Spain, she has a beautiful garden and her hospitality is one of a kind, I'm very glad I stayed here. Margaret is on top of answering all and any of your questions, it was my first time using airbnb and visiting San Miguel De Allende, she was very kind enough to recommend me Bajio Go a private shuttle service agency from San Miguel De Allende, the private shuttle service would be ready to pick me up from the airport to my destination which was San Miguel De Allende, very well worth her recommendation, very safe and reliable, I was visiting for the famous fiesta of El Grito, I got there on time and I had a marvelous experience, my room was big and clean, clean bedding, clean sheets, clean pillows, fresh flowers bouquet on my nightstand, there was 2 big bottles of filtered water for me and my guest, and the windows were beautiful and it was very ample, there was an ottoman stool, and 3 chairs to sit in all which were very comfortable, we had our own closet to put away our belongings, the artwork in our bedroom and bathroom were very unique, contemporary and exquisite, Margaret has a very identical taste in art as I do myself, there's so much to look at in her palatial home that I didn't want to leave her home. This place is the best place to stay while at SMA, her home is very quiet and relaxing, very appropriate for all ages, her home is very respectful and lovely, I cannot stop thinking about my amazing stay at Margarets home she deserves more than 5 stars, Thank You Margaret!

Margaret's place was perfect in every way. The location was the best; it was less than a 5min walk to everything wonderful in SMA. Her home was beautifully furnished, the art work was eclectic, and the terrace was an oasis of tranquility. We were extremely happy we chose this rental.

Margaret was very kind from day 1. The room that my nine year old and I shared was very clean, we had our waters and fresh fruit by the bedside. She was kind enough to give us information about some good eats and stores to go shop at. Her home was BEAUTIFUL not far from downtown. Her house maid was also very kind and kept our room spotless from after returning from our day trip. Hoping to come and stay here again for next year

Casa Rosa is a spectacular private home a few blocks from Insurgentes. Margaret has a wonderful eye for art and objects and this singular aesthetic has created a home that is much museum as it is living space. That said, it is very livable. I could go on about the appearance, but this house is a treat for art and design lovers. Lupe, the house keeper, makes a nice breakfast of fresh fruit and baked goods. The artisans market is just a block away and there are good places for breakfast a block over. The house is clean and well maintained. The bedding and towels are nice, etc. Top notch all around.
