Victoire Terrasse is not such much an apartment, as a full-size home within a fine Brussels town house (built in 1901 and fully renovated).
On 2 floors, the apartment has a a living room with a fire place, leather sofas and large terrace. The dining room is illuminated lighted by a magnificent chandelier (made a craftsman from Brussels).
Victoire Terrasse provides 3 rooms, one of which is named "Moroccan Boudoir", where you feel as is a Marrakech Ryad.
Lodging a few meters from the "Parvis the Saint-Gilles", guests will enjoy the proximity of plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, and even a market every day of the week (but for Mondays). Many of Brussels best neighbourhoods are within walking distance (the ancestral "Marrolles" district, the refined Sablon with its fine antiques and chocolates shops or the Avenue Louise, paved with luxury shops.
Victoire Terrasse is central and easily accessible, be it by train (one stop from the Midi train Station); by metro with two metro stations nearby - Porte de Hal and Hôtel des Monnaies; or by car, right next to the main artery crossing the centre of Brussels.
The whole flat is privatised for guests.

The "Parvis de Saint-Gilles" neighborhood is sought after for a number of attractions including several restaurant and bar, as well as a market taking place every days (but Monday). The neighborhood also offer direct access to other neighborhoods such as Avenue Louise, Sablon, Marolles. The Grand Place itself is a few metro stops away.
