While the terrace doesn't have partitions separating it from other owners' spaces, we ask that you honor their property boundaries and only use our space.

Other things to note
This is a historic building and an icon in the city.
While there is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, you would need to take the spiral staircase upstairs in order to access the shower and roof patio.

Please note, there is one camera on the property—a doorbell camera outside the front door. There are NO other cameras on the exterior, nor in the interior.
