Bright, spacious one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the Coronado Building (Edificio Coronado, a former four-star hotel. Built in early 1970s, Coronado has a unique art-deco design, featuring white semi-circular balconies, designed so you have the sun all day. As it was originally designed and run as a hotel, you still have all the luxuries and features of a four-star hotel, while having the privacy of your own apartment and equipment.

In Marbella, we employ a professional agency to look after the apartment: keys, cleaning, laundry, and other logistics. A representative will meet you at the Coronado reception when you arrive, will take you to the apartment, give you the keys, show you how equipment works, and answer any questions you may have. You will have this representative's phone number as your local contact for emergencies during your stay.
Coronado is in the Marbesa Urbanization, a low-density development, with many green zones. Lovely long sandy beach 300 metres (3 minutes’ walk) from building, with no high-rise buildings. You can walk all the way to Marbella to the west (9 km, about 5 miles) or to Cabopino to the east (1.5 km, about 2 miles). On the way to Cabopino, you will pass the Artola sand dunes, one of the few protected natural beaches of the Costa del Sol.

Appartement très bien situé avec une belle vue sur les jardins de palmiers et la piscine et proche de la mer. Immeuble très bien entretenu et très calme. Avons été accueillis par une personne très sympathique mais qui ne parlait qu'anglais...
Petits détails : manque ustensiles de cuisines (poêle, casserole, saladier...)
Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour.
