* Olea Blue accommodates up to 16 guests, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, and multi-generational stays.
* Families with young children and babies are very welcome. The villa can be equipped with baby cots and other essentials upon request.
* Pets are welcome. Please let us know before booking if you are planning to bring a yours.
* Conveniently located: approximately 45 minutes from central Athens and 20 minutes from Athens International Airport, with easy access to beautiful beaches, historic sites, and other attractions.
* A car is highly recommended. The villa's secluded location is an important part of its privacy and tranquility, but it also means that having your own transportation makes getting around much easier.
* Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms. Please note that the common living areas are not air-conditioned.
* High-speed Wi-Fi (approximately 66 Mbps) is available throughout the villa, suitable for streaming, browsing, and remote work.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
1. THE COMMON AREAS
* Living & Dining Area
The spacious open-plan living and dining area is designed for large groups to gather comfortably. It features sofas and armchairs with seating for more than 16 guests, a bioethanol fireplace, and a large square dining table accommodating up to 12 people.
* Fully Equipped Kitchen
The generous kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a simple breakfast to preparing meals for a large group. Amenities include:

Located just four steps above the ground floor, this bright 18 m² bedroom features:
Two large single beds (200 × 100 cm)
Spacious wardrobe

Upon request, one folding bed (195 × 75 cm) or a baby cot can also be added.
ROOM #2
At 27 m², this is the villa's largest bedroom and offers an especially spacious and comfortable setting. It features:
Two large single beds (200 × 100 cm)
Large wardrobe
Fireplace
Private balcony
En-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and massage shower jet
For larger families or groups, one, two, or even three folding beds (195 × 75 cm each) can be added upon request. A baby cot is also available.
FAMILY SUITE #1
This 24 m² family suite consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom, making it particularly suitable for families with younger children.
The larger bedroom includes:
Two single beds (200 × 80 cm)
Wardrobe
The smaller bedroom includes:
One bunk bed (two 200 × 90 cm beds)
Wardrobe
The smaller bedroom also opens directly onto the villa's terrace, where guests can enjoy spectacular 360-degree panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
FAMILY SUITE #2
This spacious 25 m² suite has its own private entrance while remaining internally connected to the rest of the villa. It is arranged as two semi-separated sleeping areas:
One area with two single beds (200 × 90 cm)
A second area with a large sofa bed, which can be prepared either as a single bed (200 × 80 cm) or a double bed (200 × 160 cm)
The room also includes:
Private mini fridge
En-suite bathroom with shower.
Wardrobe.
A baby cot can be added upon request.
3. SWIMMING POOL
At the heart of the outdoor area is the villa's distinctive, uniquely shaped swimming pool. Measuring approximately 8.3 × 6.1 metres, the pool has a maximum depth of 2.1 metres, offering plenty of space for both swimming and relaxing. Sun loungers and pool towels are provided for all guests.
4. GAMES ROOM
Separate from the main house, the 22 m² games room provides an additional space for entertainment and relaxation. Here you will findd the ping pong table and a selection of board games. Table-tennis paddles and balls are provided.
5. PICKLEBALL & BASKETBALL COURT
The villa also features a private combined pickleball and basketball court, ideal for some friendly competition during your stay.
The basketball court has one hoop positioned at approximately 2.75 m (9 ft), slightly lower than the regulation height of 3.05 m (10 ft).
Pickleball paddles and balls are provided for guests.
6. OUTDOOR LIVING
The outdoor areas have been designed for long, relaxed days spent enjoying the landscape.
Around the villa you will find several outdoor tables and numerous chairs, providing comfortable seating for more than 20 guests across different areas of the property.
Whether gathering for breakfast, enjoying a long lunch outdoors, relaxing beside the pool, or watching the landscape change at sunset, there is ample space for everyone to find their favourite corner.
