Welcome to your perfectly located OASIS at "The Stetson" house! Purposefully & functionally designed for Airbnb guests looking for their very own Scottsdale vacation home. Every detail was meticulously thought out by vacation rental designers & Airbnb Superhosts Reed and Crystal. Spend some time outside in the spacious backyard swimming in the heated pool, barbecuing, or playing mini golf. Have some quality family/yourself time! Lots of great hiking/biking trails nearby.
This home is very close to Old Town Scottsdale.

You'll be minutes away from the best restaurants, nightlife, world-class golf courses, hiking trails, and highly regarded shopping malls such as Fashion Square Mall.
Fate Brewery is super close, you can walk. Amazing spot with award winning micro brews, full bar, & great pub food. Coffee Shop, Restaurants are all within walking distance from the home.
"The Stetson" is an exclusive Scottsdale vacation home that includes a sparkling heated pool & every other amenity that you could want! Feel like you have an entire resort just to yourself! No expense was sparred while creating this newly renovated mid century property with a resort inspired backyard.
We deep clean and update the furniture regularly. We use new linens, pillows, comforters, duvet covers as often as needed to keep everything clean and fresh. We clean the upholstery monthly to keep our property in tip top shape. We have no carpet at the home besides area rugs so the floors can stay clean.
"The Stetson" comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 10 beds. Each person has their own bed! STRICT ENFORCEMENT ON GUEST COUNT PLEASE. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Although it is setup with your vacation & entertainment in mind we do ask that you enjoy this property responsibly & respectfully. Please keep in mind the Scottsdale noise ordinance, neighbors, & quiet hours.

From May through September the air conditioner is on a summer schedule to help save power and keep everyone comfortable. 74 degrees 8a-9p, 70 degrees 9p-8am. If this is too cold or too hot please text us and we can easily and quickly adjust the temperature from our phones.

**Pool heating is REQUIRED October through April. $50/daily**
This is not a profit center. The small daily fee helps cover the energy costs & pool heater maintenance. We do not turn the heater on and off. It is more efficient to heat the entire pool and keep it heated. This keeps the cost down in comparison to other Airbnb pools (similar pools are $50-$95 to heat daily).
*Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month).
*Pool heating will be billed after booking & for the ENTIRE STAY.
*Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September.
*Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays.

Early check ins & late checkouts are usually not possible, but it never hurts to ask! Early check ins & late checkouts (if they can be arranged) are $100. This helps pay for an extra cleaning member to have the home ready sooner.

Note: 4th bedroom is the garage/game room. Twin over twin daybed, sleeps 1-2 comfortably.
The living room sleeper sofa has been changed to a different style. Same size, just not the foldout style.
After many replacements and breaking we realized that style is hard to operate.
Sinks: The house is a mid century home, they did not plumb hot water to the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The showers do get VERY hot (if you want them too).
The Kitchenaid grill has been replaced with a Weber grill + a Blackstone grill.
