3. Guest introduction:
a. At the same time, to ensure the safety of both parties, please provide a brief self-introduction (age, occupation, interests, travel plans) before consulting the guest room and submitting a housing application.
b. Before booking, please complete the identity verification required by the system, and a real personal photo is required on the personal file. We will not be able to process your booking request if you have not completed the above basic procedures.
c. We only accept bookings from guests who will be staying, and if the person who booked the room will not be staying, we will not accept the booking request.
d. To ensure safety and quality of accommodation, no visitors other than the guest are allowed.
4. Transportation:
Located in the green and quiet environment of Yangmingshan District, away from the noisy city, the nearest MRT station is 20 minutes from Redwood Station and 25 minutes from Tamsui Station.
Transportation guide:
a. Airport pick-up: Taoyuan International Airport to my house
1.5 hours drive, pick-up service available NTD 1,500/trip, book 5 days in advance.
b. Airport bus: You can take the bus to Taipei Station (depending on the road conditions, about 1-1.5 hours), take the metro to Tamsui Station (about 35-40 minutes), we provide free shuttle service to the metro station (about 20-25 minutes each).
c. Bus (from MRT station to my house): Take the MRT to Tamsui Station, transfer to bus 875, take the "Xinghua Elementary School", we will pick you up at Xinghua Elementary School for free (about 3-5 minutes from my house).
5. Food and drink:
As mentioned above in "Transportation", due to its location in Yangmingshan District, it is about 15 minutes by car from the nearest restaurant (Sanchi Town), surrounding businesses:
a. Supermarket: Tamsui Carrefour (15-20 minutes drive)
b. Convenience store: 7-11 (10 min drive)
c. Busy areas: Shallow Water Bay, Sanzhi District, Fresh Water District (all about 15-20 minutes by car)
Therefore, it is recommended that guests dine in the downtown area before checking in.
d. Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in this booking.
6. Check-in and check-out:
a. Check-in time: after 5pm
b. Check-out: before 11 am
c. Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out.
