Vicki was absolutely fantastic! Her recommendations for local groceries, events, and attractions were spot on. We purchased some farm fresh eggs, veggies, and limes from her garden. She was very helpful with really anything we needed. A perfectly private location close enough to everything to walk/bike/hop on the bus. We enjoyed a Blue Jays spring training game, the Dunedin Saturday morning market, the ferry to Caladesi Island, Dunedin Brewery. Looking forward to returning!
Vicki thought of so many great little touches and made our stay with our 5 month old a breeze.
Our stay at Vicky 's house was really great, the appartement is beautifully decorated and we felt 'at home' as soon as we arrived. We found everything as described and we would definitely stay there again.
Had a great time, wonderful place loved the bunny outside and the garden, had to leave early because of the bad weather in Atlanta and it was a mess getting home. Great stay, thanks Debra
Vicki was great to talk to. Very nice place. Clean, well organized. Was very relaxed. Good WiFi signal as well. The shower was perfect! Would totally stay again.
Lovely room to stay in! Everything was nice and clean and the gardens, chickens, and bunny were fun! Vicki was very hospitable, warm, and friendly. The place is really close to the water and lots of fun things to do. I definitely recommend it,
Vicki"s cottage was perfect for my needs: comfortable, conveniently located for the business I had to take care of, and VERY reasonably priced. Thanks again for the herbal ginger tea, Vicki.
What a nice cottage just a block off of the Pinellas Trail. A quiet neighborhood located close to either Clearwater beach and Dunedin. The vegetation and trees are beautiful. Easy check-in/out, use of a bicycle and I wish I would have had the time to try some fresh eggs from the chickens on the grounds but perhaps next time......Thanks for the pleasurable stay Vicki.
A nice place to stay, with a nice host! Vicki's cottage is very cute. She offers a complete package to her guests: good parking, a well equipped kitchen and the shower and toilet are just fine. There is an excellent wifi signal and nice stays in front of the cottage and in her garden. We loved to sit under the banana plant with a glass of white wine in the afternoon.
Clearwater is an excellent starting point whether for visiting beaches, going on hiking trails, shopping or going into nightlife. Grand tip: the organic store as mentioned the refrigerator. Great food and very nice olives to go with the white wine :)
This place was just what I needed and more! The cottage is very neat and comfortable. The whole area was very safe and quiet, and the cottage gives you a nice amount of privacy. The rest of the property was a real treat, it was clear a lot of love has gone into this sweet garden (edible oasis). I also was blessed to get to spend some time with Vicki and her tenants, whom live on the other side of the property... If you are the type who likes to connect with people, especially locals, this is the place for you! If you don't, this is still the place for you, as I said you have lots of privacy!
Dunedin is near by which is home to many local "farm-to-table" eateries and a friendly little downtown area. The beaches are a short drive and really lovely!
