The gated complex features a private drive-in courtyard and private in-home 2-car garage with available space for two vehicles. Hotel toiletries, towels, and hair dryer are provided in all full bathrooms. Laundry baskets provided in all bedroom closets. Special features include:

•First level: BR with private bath and furnished lounging suite (matching leather sofa, loveseat and chair with coffee table)

•Second level: Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with handmade Yamaha S4 Grand Piano (some restrictions associated with piano use). Brita filtered water pitcher plus complimentary bottled water.

•Third level: Master BR has private en suite double-sink bathroom with both shower and jacuzzi; black-out drapes; king-size bed with down pillow-top; closet space with built-in drawers and laundry basket. Hallway has laundry closet containing washer, dryer, complimentary laundry detergent, iron and ironing board.
