We are situated just north of Torstraße on a quiet, tree-lined street, a block away from the shopping, dining, and galleries in the trendiest part of Mitte. Our spacious and airy loft features new kitchen, new bathroom with rain shower, and a garden.

The apartment has an open plan and beautiful oak flooring throughout the space. Floor to ceiling glass doors connect the living area to the garden. We have a nice and quiet yard with lots of trees, and you can use the grill in the summer time.
There is a big L-shaped couch that comfortably sleeps one (or 2...depends) and we also have a futon for overnight guests. The wall that faces the couch is used for projections. We have an HD projector for screening films, youtube videos, powerpoint presentations, etc.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress.
Within a 3 block radius are numerous restaurants and bars, cafes, boutiques, and a park (Weinbergsweg). This is the most desirable neighborhood in the city, no joke!
5 minute walk from the infamous St Oberholz coffeeshop – default meeting place of many hipsters and hackers alike. Continuing past St Oberholz down Rosenthaler Str, you will find boutiques by emerging designers, great restaurants, cafes, and gallery-hopping (we're a pleasant 15 minute stroll from the KW Institute – headquarters of the Berlin Biennale).
We are within a 5-minute walk from two U-bahn stations: Rosenthaler Platz (U8) and Senefelderplatz (U2). Also the M1 tram stop is a block away. It will take you to Museum Island in 7 minutes.

I do not recommend. It doesn't have what it was supposed to, considering the profile on the site.
There is a bedroom for two. But in the living room, there was a mattress instead of a second bed. On top, the mattress is for a single person and not for a couple.
What's more, the garden isn't private as it appears to be. So, you end up seeing other residents passing by while you are there.
The flat doesn't have a place for you to put any of your luggage, because it's full of stuff from the owner.
Not a good choice!
I've rent Abigail's apartment for one six days with three friends. This was a very good choice. We were located in a trendy and nice part of Berlin.
The loft is clear, elegant and welcoming. For a longer stay, it would have been useful having a washing machine and little stuffs like that.
As a conclusion, if you want to discover Berlin and relax in a nice place, come here.
C'est un appartement très agréable, spacieux et lumineux. Il est situé dans un quartier super agréable de Berlin. C'est très calme et quand on sort on a le choix entre de nombreux cafés et restaurants.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Berlin.
Apartment of Abigail is just beautiful & in a best part of Berlin. Taste and care of hosts is visible in every detail; it was a pleasure to stay there. Highly Recommended !!!
