The Neighborhood

Our Townhouse is centrally located in a quiet, leafy street, yet only minutes walk to all the surrounding entertainment, shopping and transport options you could ask for. South Yarra is a fashionable inner city area with a great variety of cafes, restaurants, bars, boutique shopping, grocery stores, etc. Located approximately 3.5 km from Melbourne City Centre, so about a 10 minute train ride or 25 minute tram trip into town.. Tram stops and train station are a 3 to 5 minute walk away from our Townhouse. Toorak Road is just down the corner and Chapel Street a 5 minute walk away, both with cinemas, fashion boutiques, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, etc. Within a short tram ride are Richmond, Prahran (and the famous Prahran Market) and Windsor, which offer a further selection of bars, independent boutiques, cafes, etc. Our Townhouse is therefore ideally located for your stay in our fabulous city!

Getting around

Our townhouse is located within walking distance of all the major attractions, and for travelling further afield, trams and train are a short stroll away, so getting around is a breeze!

  • Frank and Vince are excellent hosts. The appartment is very well kept and in a great location to walk to chapel street or catch a train to the city. We felt very comfortable and at home in the appartment.

  • I had a wonderful 1 month stay at the townhouse, which really allowed me to make Melbourne feel like home! Not only was the townhouse clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable, but it was conveniently located to the trams, train station, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Frank and Vince were responsive to my needs, but I rarely had to reach out to them because everything worked in the townhouse. My only suggestion would be to provide wi-fi and better pots/pans (I'm a big cook), but other than that, it was a great stay. Thanks!

We would readily stay here again - a stone's throw to the train and tram, a myriad of great restaurants and cafes on the doorstep and shopping galore.   • This is a great apartment, I don't think the photos do it justice. Myself and two other friends stayed here for three nights and it was perfect. The apartment is immacutely clean but also has a cosy feeling, as if it is your own place. Nice touches throughout, plenty of space for a few guests and it is in a great location,only a few minutes walk from shops and cafes.

    The bedrooms are a good size, comfortable beds, clean facilities and a great outdoor area.
    Frank and Vince are very professional hosts and they will answer your queries straight away.

    If you're holidaying with a few friends, don't bother with a stale hotel with bad service - get yourself this townhouse, I thoroughly recommend it.

  • Frank & Vince Apartment in South Yarra is fantastic. Great location! close to Prahran Market .Clean and cozy environment, what we needed for our stay was provided. Me and my family had a great time and we enjoy its open concept kitchen and cozy living room. We love to return when we visit Melbourne again. :-D

  • Awesome townhouse! So close to amenities. Its home away from home - clean and comfy. Has all that we wanted. Just around the corner from Chappel Street, easy access to trains and trams. Very peaceful too. Certainly will be staying again. Hosts were fantastic. Any queries we had, they were there to answer. Well done and thanks Frank and Vince.
