That the apartment is treated with respect. Anything broken should be reported. Lights should be turned off when going to sleep.
The apartment is conveniently located with various public transport options as well as an insight parking. A big plus is that the apartment is super clean. A small improvement would be improved water pressure in the bath. Would definitely visit again.
We stayed in Amy's apartment during our four days stay in London. The apartment was exactly as pictured at the photos and was very clean and tidy. Amy and her mother were really friendly and helpful. In fact, we arrived an hour earlier that scheduled but we were able to get in the apartment immediately... Its location was also great. It was a one minute walk to West Brompton station and an eight minute walk to Earls Court. Also, there were many local stores around and a pub. We had a pleasant stay.
We stayed at Amy's flat for three nights in January. Amy responded quickly to our e-mails and was friendly and helpful.
The flat is exactly as per the photographs, it's bright, spacious and impeccably clean. The beds are comfortable and the sheets new, clean and comfortable.
The flat is in a great location, close to transport links and there are some grocery shops just a few minutes walk away. The private parking space is also a bonus.
Amy's Mum let us into the apartment and showed us around. She is very helpful and friendly.
We would certainly recommend the apartment and will be booking in again the next time we are in London.
My husband, 2 daughters and I spent 3 nights at Amy's flat on Lillie Road last weekend. It was absolutely perfect for us. The photos on the website give a very accurate description, but in reality the flat was even larger than we expected. It was spotlessly clean. Everything (bedrooms and living area) were very comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathroom is large. We wanted somewhere that we could have a relaxing weekend together and the spaciousness of the flat allowed my husband to get some work done (wifi worked well) whilst the children watched tv, etc. We got a takeaway one evening from an excellent Chinese restaurant just round the corner. The flat is v well situated - we know London v well and it was easy to get wherever you needed to be by public transport. Amy was quick to respond to our enquiry and her mother was v helpful with information. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back again.
The description of wonderful apartment is spot on. Bus stop outside the front door and a 3 min walk to the underground. Lots of space, clean, a kitchen and even a washing machine/dryer. Best of all was Amy's mum Maria, full of helpful advise on how to get around and where to buy groceries etc to save a few $$. My wife daughter and I will stay here again next time we are in London.
In one word awesome !!
Our stay in Amy's flat in Hammersmith was fine. The flat is less than a 5-minute walk from the West Brompton station and about 10-12 minute walk to Earl's Court station. The flat was very spacious and communication with Amy was easy and efficient. We never met Amy, but her mother was friendly and easy to work with.
