Fig Tree guest house was a comfortable home base for our Tucson visit in the Armory Park area. We were easily able to walk to neighborhood and downtown restaurants and activities. Linda even allows guests to use her washing machine, which is terrifically helpful during longer trips. We also appreciated how clean the apartment was and the sufficient supply of paper products (something, that as frequent AirBnb users, we often find to be a deficit). Linda's communication was helpful and clear. We would definitely recommend a stay at the Fig Tree guesthouse.

Linda's place was great for a long weekend stay in Tucson for any travelers wanting a place centrally located in the city.

Linda's place was great! It's in a quiet historic neighborhood very well located near downtown. Clean, simple, with all the amenities. Linda is very accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this place, and would stay there again.

Our second visit to this lovely apartment was wonderful. The neighborhood is lovely and offers easy access to restaurants and shops. Linda is a gracious host, made sure we had everything we needed, and left generous breakfast supplies - an unexpected treat! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place is a lovely older home with creaky hardwood floors and claw foot bath tub. It was a great value and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and venues. The bed is a little small for two 6' adults, but not unbearable. There is an old pull out sofa, but we didn't try it. Overall, this is a great value for the location.

Linda was an excellent host. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times. She was quick to respond to text messages to coordinate meeting up to check in. The Fig Tree was very clean, and supplied with all necessities, and then some! She was very thoughtful and left some breakfast goodies, delicious bread, and coffee and milk. There was plenty of information about local restaurants and events. There is ample street parking and downtown is an easy walk. The neighborhood is quiet, with the exception of train noise. Two minor draw backs: the bed was in the living room with no real "bedroom", and the bed was a full-size bed. A bit of a squeeze for my stand and I. All-in-all: Linda is a great host, very thoughtful and readily available but not overly-so. The place was very clean, well-stocked, and in a convenient location. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was really nice! I had to go to Tucson for business and booked on short notice. The apartment was really nice and had a lot of charm. I only regret I didn't see more of the neighborhood (business travel...).
