Apartment is furnished with modern decor and has all amenities essential to make the guests stay comfortable and memorable. This apartment is near public transportation ( the c and g trains) connecting the guests to Manhattan within twenty minutes. The Brooklyn Academy of Music as well as the Brooklyn Flea Market, the Farmer's Market, Fort Greene Park, Prospect Park and a multitude of interesting shops and restaurants are

The streets are tree-lined with many beautifiul stunning brownstones and mini-mansions that are still owned by single families. Check In
  • Lovely place. Quiet, clean, serene. Nicely appointed. Claire made check in and check out convenient for us. She was responsive to all messages and we were very sorry that we couldn't meet. Beautiful view into a back garden and located across from a school. Feels very private. Bed is comfortable and the bedding and towels are fresh!

  • Fantastic apartment in a great part of Brooklyn. Nice restaurants (Do or Dine) near by and very close to the train station that takes you directly to Manhattan.
Very easy coordination with Claire to get the keys and drop them off.
We hope to be back soon

  • We thoroughly enjoyed Claire's carriage house apartment. It is beautifully yet simply appointed with a skylight that expands and brightens the space. Although we did not use the kitchen this visit, it contains all the necessary items to prepare meals. Claire is a warm, thoughtful person who sincerely cares about providing a clean, comfortable environment for her guests. We hope to be back on the fall.

  • Although we did not get to meet Claire the apartment was just what we expected and more. And Claire was quick to text any info we needed and gave us great directions from our bus to the apartment. Me and three girlfriends came up for a bachelorette party and were very comfortable. The apartment was spacious enough for four girls to get ready for the night and the beds were comfortable. I wish we could have explored the neighborhood a bit more but there is a great coffee shop half a block away called Primrose Cafe. The street is nice and quiet. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to explore NYC and Brooklyn and have the convenience and comfort of home. Thanks so much Claire!!

  • The apartment was so comfortable, clean and elegant in a simple way. We were here for 3 days for our son's birthday. Fluffy white towels, nice sheets, small kitchen with everything you could need. Quiet. You'd never know you were in a city. Great neighborhood with very cool new little restaurant on the corner. Excellent grocery store a block away. We didn't get to meet Claire but she was alway quickly available via text and always warm and friendly.

One of the things I enjoy the most is meeting people.. When I am not working as an attorney I spend a lot of my time cooking, baking and feeding people. I'm originally from New Orleans, the mecca of hospitality...Down there people have a way of welcoming strangers into their homes and feeling that it's their fault if the person doesn''t have a great time. I love my Clinton Hill neighborhood because in alot of ways people's attitudes about what is important mirrors that of my native hometown. LAISSEZ LE BON TEMPS ROULEZ. And may God help you, if you don't understand.
