No smoking property
We had an enjoyable stay in Unit 16 which was the two bedroom, two bathroom with upstairs terrace and spa bath. The room was fantastic - very spacious, clean and plenty of room for 2 couples with all the necessary amenities. The complex is in a perfect location, on the quieter end of Macrossin Street near the beach but an easy 5-10 min walk up the road to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The two pools are small but nice, clean and refreshing.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from arrival to checkout.

Great location near all facilities but quiet. Friendly, attentive staff who were helpful in advising on the area. Large apartment though somewhat tired.
We stayed here for 3 days and the place was perfect for our requirements. We were 2 couples and there was enough space to have privacy as well as to hang out together. Host did not intrude. Only basic coffee/tea supplies were stocked but since we weren't planning to eat in much this wasn't a bother. A/c worked well which was much required in the heat and linen was clean. Only cons- 1) pool is barely a wading pool and 2) coffee cups and spoons looked a bit dirty and we ended up having to wash everything before using it
The apartment is very clean and big enough, also located in the central so it was very convenient.

The 2BR, 2 bath apt was lovely- Tom couldn't have been nicer. He gave us a duplex unit with a hot tub out on the upper balcony. Location was great. Thx Tom!
Booked somewhat at the last minute, but everything worked out fantastic. The unit was very clean and the AC units worked well. The complex is situated at one end of Macrossan St near 4 mile beach and if you're looking for a quick, low key getaway I doubt that you could find much better for the price. It's a quick walk to some nice restaurants and shops (although when I went it was their off season so the shops didn't have their regular hours, but never had a problem getting some good food). If you were looking for something romantic though and wanted all the bells and whistles, you should look elsewhere. Hopefully I'll find myself back in that part of the world and if I do, I will certainly consider staying here again.
Tom- the contact Manager called us when we arrived at Cairns Airport to give directions and later when we got to his office he provided a lot of useful information.
