I wish I could rate them six stars. I rented entire home/apartments many times on Airbnb but this was the first time I rented a private room since this was a business trip and I was on my own. Well, I was a little intimidated at the beginning for staying at stranger's even though I was paying for it. It took a day to get over that feeling and start seeing them as potential friends. I wouldn't have enjoyed DC that much if it wasn't for all the suggestions they gave me about places to eat, transportation, entertainment and so on. Perfect location. The time spent together was always pleasant, not to mention how comfortable, clean and spacious the room is. They were kind enough to let me use their fridge for some breakfast stuff which was really convenient. Tom is a great cook, by the way! I know where to stay whenever I go back to DC.
Great choice for staying in DC - excellent location and easy to get around. The room was exactly as it was described; spacious and well kept. Although we didnt spend much time there, the guys were very accomodating and helpful. Highly recommend.
Tony's place is just fantastic! Great location, well-decored room and really friendly hosts. It's the best value apt that we could find in the Dupot Circle -- one of the most interesting areas in DC. And the neighbor is quiet and safe at night.
Our suite was top notch.
Tony lent us Metro cards to get around the city. Great location and vibe.
Loved the location. Very clean and cozy. Tony was a nice host. Took advantage of their parking spot!
We really enjoyed the location and cleanliness of Tony's place! He was very helpful and willing to tell us where is good to go and what to see and do. I just never got to say good bye to Tony as I left really early, so goodbye Tony!
My girlfriend and I had a great stay - the apartment is well located and the host, Tony, ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. A very professional host and will definitely return if visiting DC again.
Tony' s place is clean and cozy to stay for a short trip. Metro and convenience stores are quite near. You can find a lot of interesting places to visit in DuPont circle.
The place was super comfortable and well kept; bonus points for the beautiful interior AND neighbourhood! Tony was highly responsive to my queries all the way and very understanding. He and Tom were also friendly but still gave us a lot of space. Great location in terms of public transport and walking to the attractions.
Nice room in a house just off of Dupont Circle in DC. Tony was not around during the weekend, but getting into the house was really easy and Tony always responded promptly whenever I had any questions. The public transit was convenient and it was really close to the Potomac. I was able to run from the house down to most of the monuments!
