The space
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a modern dining area, fully equipped kitchen, well-appointed bedrooms and washrooms. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the spectacular full-window sitting room overlooking the Miramichi River and Centennial bridge, or gather around the outdoor fireplace for a serene sunset and some quality time with friends and family. For those who love to fish, the Miramichi River is one of the best places to cast a line with prime striped bass fishing right out the back door!

Guest access
You'll have private access to the full property (including main floor of home, detached garage and yard). This does not include access to the basement of the home. You will also have private access via a set of stairs to the river. The river and waterfront is public property.

Other things to note
There is no washroom in the garage.
We are open to longer-term booking requests for winter months. No availability guaranteed.
Advanced bookings can be made 6 months prior to desired stay dates through the Air bnb App.

IMPORTANT REMINDER - the hot tub and stairs to the water are only in place and operational between May and October. There is NO access to the beach or operational hot tub on site between the months of October and May (Final exact dates are always to be confirmed by the guest prior to booking).
