This traditional local farmhouse is located is the marina of Mortagne-sur-Gironde in the department of Charente Maritime. The farmhouse is completely renovated and can accommodate 12 peoples. You looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation? This is the perfect spot for you and your family. Go each morning make a tour to gather the laid eggs and just relax. - 4 rooms completely decorated: the romantic room, the Scottish room, the red room, and the Zen room.
- 3 bathrooms
- A large living room with an American style kitchen
- A large fireplace with an innovative system in order to heat the entire cottage.
- 29AC with 14 horses, 15 sheep’s, 20 chickens, 15 pigeons. Don’t worry with animals a groom come everyday in order to take care of animals. Of course you’re free to pick up the laid eggs everyday.
- A perfect situation between sea and country.

Bordering the Gironde estuary, Mortagne-sur-Gironde is divide into two distinct parts : the old town up the cliff and the marina downstairs. Our cottage is based on the marina area with is the best place to enjoy your vacancy.
Mortagne-sur-Gironde was elected one of the 13th village of “Pierres et d’eau” (stone and water) with is a price which distinguish best place in Charente-Maritime (like Île d’Oléron, or Île de Ré).
