Introducing The Falmouth Firefly, a brand-new custom home located on the Maravista Peninsula in East Falmouth. This spectacular 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with water views is ready to host your next unforgettable getaway.

The home features two primary bedrooms, each furnished with a King-size bed and a full bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests. There is a private bedroom with two Queen beds featuring a walk out balcony, perfect for additional guests. For the little ones, there is a charming room with two full beds and a twin trundle, creating a fun space.

The backyard, quiet neighborhood, with proximity to Great Pond and Bristol Beach provide ample opportunities for outdoor activities. Take a stroll along the Great Bay Street trail, launch your paddle board, walk to the beach, enjoy a sunset, or catch fireflies before bedtime, creating cherished memories with your loved ones.

Parking is a breeze with the ability to accommodate up to 6 cars in the driveway.

The Falmouth Firefly is a smoke-free home, ensuring a clean and fresh environment for all guests. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited.

What sets us apart is our exceptional location, luxury kitchen and high end bathrooms. This house features premium selections and meticulous attention to detail. Our goal is to provide a beautiful gathering place filled with comfort and convenience where family and friends create lasting memories.

BBQ - New Weber grill, one tank of propane and cooking tools

Beach Trips - Outdoor shower, 7 Beach chairs, Beach Toys, and 1 Beach Towel per guest

One (1) Pack N Play is available upon request

Guests will not have access to the basement, attic, or owner closets.
