The entire container and deck are exclusively yours—all 300 square feet indoors plus the expansive 400+ SF outdoor deck.
We live about 50 feet behind the container with our three adorable English bulldog rescues (they're in their own fully fenced yard). You'll have complete privacy—we rarely cross paths unless you need us.
A small locked cabinet in the bathroom holds housekeeping supplies (not accessible to guests).

✔ HELPFUL INFO
Drive slowly down the gravel road when you arrive—it's part of the country charm and your signal that you're entering your private oasis.
✔ CONTAINER HOME NOTE
During heavy rain or temperature swaps (cold outside, warm inside), condensation can form—it's just physics! We provide dehumidifiers and fans to manage this. This is normal for metal container construction and not a cause for concern.
✔ THE NEIGHBORS
We live about 50 feet behind the container with our three English bulldog rescues. They're fully fenced in their own yard, so you'll have complete privacy.
✔ PROPERTY CARE
Hosts or staff may be onsite watering plants to keep the property beautiful. We'll stay outside and won't disturb your stay.
✔ OUTDOOR CRITTERS
Palmetto bugs are native to Texas and professionally managed with monthly pest control, but sightings are still possible. Bug spray is provided under the kitchen sink.
✔ BACKGROUND NOISE
The bedroom AC/portable heater creates some white noise. We provide earplugs for light sleepers, though many guests find the sound helps them sleep!
