Share with me my beautiful house. Location, luxury, two bedrooms for one to four people, private bathroom. 13 minutes to CBD, very safe neighbourhood. Beautiful lounge, and kitchen, back garden and front terrace. And meet my very friendly dog George. He has been getting fantastic reviews as well.
This house has it all. Location, Luxury and Privacy. Fully appointed, 12 minutes to CBD, very safe neighbourhood on the edge of the CBD, Leafy streets of Melbourne, but 2 minutes walks to restaurants, bars and shops.
Perfect for one to four people travelling. There are 2 bedrooms available that are very quiet and comfortable. 1 room has a queen bed and the other a twin so can accommodate up to four people, with a private bathroom.
The bathroom is elegantly appointed with an abundance of hot high pressure water. The living area is a large open plan area, with a cozy log fire for the cold days, and fully airconditioned for those hot nights as well.
You are welcome to cook in my fully appointed kitchen, to dine at the large refractory table or to relax in the outdoor BBQ terrace and secluded garden.
Your accommodation also includes parking, FREE WiFi, TV, Apple TV (using your own iTunes login), front terrace, BBQ area and private rear courtyard
The cottage is fantastically located, just 10 minutes walk to the famous Elwood Beach and beach bike path which take you all the way to the City. It is located next to the Gardenvale Village Shops which offers a great range of Cafes, Restaurant and boutique stores.
The train station to the heart of Melbourne and world famous sporting precincts is a two minute walk away and trains run every 15 minutes. It is also only a 15 minute ride to the city where you are two minutes walk to the arts precinct, or else jump on the free public tram and explore all that Melbourne has to offer. Myki transport tickets supplied.
I live in the house and have a room upstairs.

The location is perfect with the Martin St village just around the corner. Cafe's restaurants, supermarket, post office and train station all within two minute walk, yet there is no noise from it.
The house is three minute walk to Gardenvale station on the Sandringham line, so very easy to get into the city.
Other Things to Note
I also have a small dog, George, who is very friendly and popular with guests.
That we respect each others privacy and try not to disturb each other.
You will have your own key so you can come and go as you please.
