The space
The A-frame is a duplex, Unit A is the upper of two private units with a wood burning stove for chilly nights. It has a large private deck with Adirondack chairs and amazing ocean views unobstructed from Cape Lookout to the 3 Arches.

Under the cedar rafters of the A-frame, you can take in the sights and sounds of the ocean from most areas of the unit, including the upper loft bedroom. This cozy unit has the feel of a surf shack, or the quirky little summer beach cabin from your childhood memories with all the lovely creature comforts - down comforters, bathrobes, good coffee, wifi, a yoga mat and your own music streaming.

+ Temperatures at the coast rarely rise above the 70's, but on the rare warm days you'll need to manage the operable windows and doors, fans and window shades to stay comfortable, and let the cool night air in while you sleep. 60's style :)

For the adventurous set, there is decent surfing, or even a parasailing launch site just up the hill. Or just curl and and read (or write) a book while taking in the view.
