The Mulhall's are excellent hosts. The house was exactly what we expected, clean, cozy and quiet in a beautiful area of Ireland. Carrigaholt has some lovely pubs and the people are wonderful and helpful. Pat at the Post is an excellent source of knowledge on just about everything. If you stay in this part of Ireland do not miss Loop Head Lighthouse and the walk up the west coast. There are great swimming spots near the Bridges of Ross.
A nice, comfortable and cosy cottage in a small, remote village. Not far away from the exciting coast of Western Ireland. We enjoyed our stay very much and we recommend Mulhall's cottage for everybody who wants to explore this area.
We hope to come back to Carrigaholt and stay again in Monika's house.
