WHAT TO VISIT
Renowned Italian sites like Firenze, Rome, Perugia, Spoleto, Gubbio, Assisi are all less than 2 hours drive away. The nearest beaches are less than 1 hour away.

Actually, there's no hard house rules to obey coming to the apartment:
We always recommend to our guests to make sure the front door that leads from the street to the courtyard is shot, so that no stranger can get into the house.
The apartment itself is a NON smoking area, and we'd like you to always shut the shutters when you're going out. In Fiuminata strong winds can come up from one minute to the other and to make sure nobody gets insured in the rare case they should bang and fall down on the street below, we always recommend this.
