Eat up bar, dining table for 4 that also makes a great place to work work or area to play card or board games, and comfortable couch and chairs. A 50" Samsung Smart TV, with hundreds of Samsung TV Plus channels, DVD Player, electric fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and a large picture window offering up breathtaking views of Peak One, Buffalo Mountain, and the Nuchu Range.
KING MURPHY BED - No uncomfortable sleeping on pull out couches or futons when you stay here with us!!! The open concept dining/living space is also where the second king bed is located. This bed is a Murphy bed, also known as a wall bed, complete with a premium mattress and bedding. SUPER comfortable, just check out our guest reviews. You can easily fold the bed up and away during the day when not in use if you would like and still have plenty of space if you choose to leave it down. We’ve added new 90% blackout curtains to the large picture window in the living area and also offer a folding wood screen so our guests can quickly and easily partition this space off from the bedroom/bathroom/entry to create more privacy!
PRIVATE BALCONY - Access your elevated deck from either the living area or bedroom to take in some fresh mountain air and more of those stunning mountain views and awe inspiring sunsets. Seating for 4 & outdoor dining table.

Park in your assigned parking space and enter through the building's center double doors. Take the stairs up to the next level or an elevator (3). Your condo access is located about 4 paces from the stairs/elevator behind a secure "private residences" door!

ALL PARKING RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED. No Exceptions!

GUEST CHECK-OUT DUTIES: Our cleaning fee is MUCH lower than 99% of similar sized short term rentals in our area (less than half the price of the vast majority). In order to offer this ultra low fee we ask our guests to complete a handful of check-out items prior to leaving. For details scroll down, look under House Rules / Show More / Before You Leave, for a full list of guest check-out expectations.
If you feel these duties are too much to ask, then our condo may not be the right fit for you. Instead consider booking a rental with a higher, hopefully more comprehensive cleaning fee, or stay at one of our nearby hotels.
NON-TOXIC & EARTH FRIENDLY: We strive to find balance between clean and sanitary alongside non-toxic earth friendly products whenever possible.
Laundry Detergent - Always 'free and clear' type products. No softeners or dryer sheets. Hand Soap and All Purpose Cleaner - BLUELAND brand. Shampoo/Conditioner - Always without sulfites, parabens, & dyes. We only clean with harsher chemicals such as Chlorox wipes on high touch surfaces (remotes, switches, etc) and when cleaning the toilet.
EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS: When it works out we can honor our guest's reasonable request for an early check-in OR late check-out. We do not make our cleaner's schedule, so we will more than likely NOT be able to guarantee any EARLY CHECK-IN requests until the day of. Our wonderful clean team notifies us each time they are done cleaning. If you requested an early check-in and the condo is clean and ready to go we (your hosts) will let you know you can check in at no additional charge.
NO PETS & NO SMOKING & NO VAPING (this includes No Smoking/Vaping on our balcony...smoking can only be done in our parking lot far away from any exterior building doors and windows) NO EXCEPTIONS!
