Apartment with great views on Dancing House and Vltava River. Surrounded by many of good restaurants and bars.
This is something very special. A positively palatial apartment offering 155 m2 of living space in a fantastic riverview setting. Staying here will make any trip to the great city of Prague even more memorable, and you simply won't want to leave.
The apartment is 10 minute walking distance from the famous Charles bridge and other major tourist atractions.

Great (in size & quality) appartment, perfectly situated in Prague! It was a bit dusty though, even though everything was clean (kitchen, toilets etc.).
I would add that, since it's a whole building 100% dedicated to rented appartments for tourists, it won't have the local charm, touch & feel that you are used to have at Airbnb. It's a business-run place, and therefore you are treated like a customer rather than a guest. It's really no big deal (except that you have to give a 200€ deposit, like in hotels) but I think it has to be noticed.
Awesome apartment and very grand and spacious! We were very pleased and had ample amount of space for our group of 10. The view was spectacular of the river and there was a tram right outside the door which made getting to the centre easy! Highly recommend this place!
The apartment is situated in an excellent location right by the river in the center of things. It is massive and full of character.
However there are some draw backs that I feel need to be mentioned...
The apartment is managed by a business and lacks the individual attention more common with Airbnb.
This arrangement requires renters to pick up the keys for the apartment in a second location which causes an inconvenience. More importantly, the apartment lacks direct oversight and thus lacks attention to detail. The space wasn't dirty but could have been cleaner, the bathtub drain wasn't working, and a door hand came off when I tried closing a door.
Prague is a very cheap place to book a hotel room when compared to other European capitals. When paying a large amount of money for an Airbnb rental in Prague the space should be competitive in the details and/or in the price. Unfortunately this space was neither.
I stayed here for 4 nights in July with 9 other 19-year-olds and we were delighted to find this apartment last-minute. The location is stunning, overlooking the river, and only a 10 minute stroll to the biggest nightclub in Prague, where we went every night. The apartment itself is lovely, located on the second floor of an old ornate building. The high ceilings and big rooms were a welcome change from the small dingy hostel rooms we stayed in while visiting other cities. The amenities were perfectly satisfactory, with a fresh modern kitchen and a living area with a TV. I'd definitely recommend this place; the 10 of us had loads of room and it felt like we were living in royalty after weeks of staying in hostels, which weren't that much cheaper!
Nice flat with a brilliant view. everything was perfect, no complaints. thanks again, see you next time in prague.
Had an amazing time in Prague, apartment was huge and had a cracking view! Short walks to everywhere you want/ need to go.
This was such an excellent apartment that it made Prague even more beautiful for us. It was clean, incredibly luxurious and well located. It accommodated a group of 9 with space to spare and at an unbeatable price.
