This condo is only 10 minutes from the Cancun International Airport and located at the south end of the 15 mile long Cancun hotel zone.
It has a large swimming pool, with shallow area for the kids.
The condo is located on km 20 of the Hotel Zone and has one of the best beach on the strip.
I have been renting condos in Cancun for 14 years in Cancun, so I know what people are looking for.

Todo bien! Lindo lugar, cómodo y espacioso. Internet no funciono bien, pero fue solo un detalle. No muy cerca del centro, pero pasa el transporte público por la puerta del condominio!! En fin... Lugar recomendable!!!!!
This was my first time using Airbnb. My reservation went smoothly. Jack responded to my emails promptly, instructions were precise . Overall very satisfied with my stay!. Thanks again Jack !
Everything is great! Thank you
Although quite dated and in need of a few touch ups here and there, the accommodation was fine for the price. The location is a little far from town, however, the bus stops right out front and runs pretty well all town to accomodate late nights out in Cancun. I was unable to get internet at any time during my 2 day stay. This is a common problem at this location as reported by many people I met at the complex. Carmen was courteous and helpful.
Cancun Plaza is an old hotel that has been converted to a condominium hotel. The rooms are privately owned while the complex is professionally managed, It shows it's age, but the price reflects that fact.
You have the usual front gate security, cleaning staff, a restaurant by the pool and even room service.
There is wi-fi, but you'll need to be in the courtyard for workable reception.
The location is at the beginning of the hotel strip, so most activities are a short bus ride away. Conveniently, there is a bus stop one minute away and the fare is only 7.5 pesos per person (about 75 cents).
Jack is part of the expat community and manages several similar units, with the utmost of professionalism. This particular one, belongs to a friend of his, Carmen. Her office is in the building and she is just a pleasure to deal with. Small issues (toilet leak) were addressed promptly and she even gave us a ride to the airport.
