Thank you so much for you feedback. We will double check which of.the details you mentioned were not in the information list. I am sorry that for environment reason we don't provide brushes and towel. We had been doing this for 10 years. And for this is not convenient for guests, so this information we always go again in the email. If the guests really need it, they will ask for help before head. This year the weather in Jingushi is much humid then before. It is also in Chinese New Year holiday. I am really sorry that you feel not comfortable with the house, for we never want it to be a hotel. We are not hotel, just a old house which we tried to preserve. So 3 of you staying in Chinese New Year 1/2 money goes to the local workers who maintain the house in Chinese new year for you and 1/4 money goes back to maintain the house (fix everything needed) and 1/4 goes the the landlord. We are trying our best to keep it and share with people who likes old house. And thank you for letting us know that your expectation And imagination. Even it is somewhat discouraging our lovely partner who trying her best to keep the old house in good condition and clean it harder than usual after your stay. But I think we will try to improve the operation machinism, and will find some other ways to triple check with our guest the style of the house.
