You will be two minutes away from one of the most famous squares in the world, Piazza Navona, in the heart of the bubbly historic center of Rome.
A private access, leads you up a flight of stairs to the apartment large about 70 sqm.
The living room with double sofa bed (french size)and fully equipped open kitchen (electric cooker, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge) overlooks the picturesque street below, where artisans shops, typical Roman "trattorie", art galleries together with young fashion designers have set their businesses in the neighbourhood.
Along the corridor are two double rooms with queen size bed and two bathrooms with shower.
In each room - including kitchen - there is A/C and flat TV.
New windows with double glass noise proof can preserve your sleep by any noise.
Note please something which could disturb some: a structural beam which makes low the ceiling of the kitchen in a specific point. This building was built in 1700s : charme and minor inconveniences

ROME ACCOMMODATION TAX is not included in the price you payed to Airbnb. It is Euro 3,50 guest/night.
You will pay in cash at the check-in. You will be given a personal receipt. The overnight accommodation tax is applicable up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights within one solar year to adult > 10 years old.
Anyone staying in a hotel, bed& breakfast, holiday home, guest house or camp site in Rome, is subject to pay an overnight accommodation tax for every day spent in the Eternal City.

Present themselves without warning, may cause long wait.
This problem can not be grounds for a complaint or a claim.

If you can not make an early check-in, will be permitted to leave your luggage in our store and get back as soon as the apartment is clean.
Damage: damage to housing caused by the customer must be reimbursed.
During your stay: The person signing the rental agreement must ensure that the property will be respected and the neighbors. The owner reserves the right to evict the client in the event of failure to observe the rules of civilized life.
The client thus lose the right to any compensation.
Unless otherwise agreed by the owner, only the number of guests indicated by the client in the booking are authorized to use the apartment.
The apartment is cleaned before arrival. On departure, the apartment must be left in decent conditions of hygiene and cleanliness.
