Overall the apartment was as promised - spacious enough for even two couples (we were just two), had a great location close to many subway lines and different kind of restaurants nearby to choose from. It was cleaned right before we came, and the only problem concerning the hygiene was some bugs on the floor that we noticed during our stay. Beds and sheets were clean. Also, the apartment had some minor issues with doors and we could hear some noise from the hallway and other apartments, but nothing that would've been too disturbing. Adam was very precise and also flexible with the check-out. The apartment was a perfect fit for our time to see NYC. Using subway, it took about 45min to get to midtown Manhattan from the apartment.

Adam's apartment was just as described and it was a great place to stay in Brooklyn. We felt safe & enjoyed the local neighborhood and restaurants, especially Brooklyn Moon for their brunch....chicken & waffles...delicious! The subway was close and easily accessible which made for getting into the city a snap. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice old app in a good neighbourhood with good connections to public transport and citibike in front of the door. We haven't seen Adam but he was always good accessible and responded fast. Good bed and bathroom was ok. We definitely recomment it.

Adam was a great host, his apartment is just as described, with a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline. It is very cosy and the bed was very confortable (so much so that it's worth mentioning!) Everyone in the building was very friendly and the neighborhood is lovely. We have had a couple of issues with the wifi, but Adam was very quick to sort them out. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great location if you want to get around Brooklyn or take the subway to Manhattan. Adam was very responsive when we needed him. There's a fun view of Manhattan and the Empire State building.

My name is Adam, I'm originally from Detroit, and have been living in Brooklyn since 1997. I've been in this Fort Greene apartment for the past 8 years. I work as a lighting designer and photographer. My girlfriend and I (we met in Fort Greene Park!) have recently had a child, and I've moved in to her place, just a few blocks away.
We are renting out my apartment while we save enough money to buy a larger home together next year. We hope to share our little piece of Brooklyn as hosts to you and your family during your stay here!
