Just like the pictures indicate. Everything you need in a small upstairs space above a beautiful art gallery space. Very unique and cool. The only thing I would change is that the couch was kinda icky.
This apartment was perfect for us. It was close to everything (though if you plan to spend a lot of time near most of the galleries and shops on Central, those are many blocks away). Gulfport and Ft. DeSoto were a short drive away. There are several good restaurants within walking distance and we especially like walking through historic Kenwood, which is right there. The apartment had everything we needed, including a coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, etc. It was especially great for dogs because the courtyard is fenced in so we didn't have to keep the dogs on their leads the whole time. The gallery has beautiful things and a cafe which is extremely convenient. Loved it. Thanks.
Great location in historic Kenwood! Jeff was a great host for me an our small family consists ng of my wife, 2 1/2 year old son and 9 year old dog. Jeff even watched our dog for us while we visited the aquarium! We would definitely make a return visit to the craftsman house if staying in the area again.
We arrived a little later than we expected, so Jeff left clear instructions as to the location of the keys, etc. The room was as described, and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of windows all around. The neighborhood was in transition - awesome architectural gems (like this building!) with some homes not yet brought up to snuff. No problem with parking or security.
Everything was great and exactly like we thought it would be. Pictures and description of property is accurate. Jeff is a very good host and has everything you need.
Big thumbs up. Jeff was a great host and even gave me some freshly ground coffee from his coffee shop in the gallery so that I could have coffee in the morning. He also took a lot of time and thought to make recommendations of art galleries to check out and restaurants to eat at. This is a great place to stay if you want to take part in the bi-weekly St. Pete Art Walk. Jeff's Gallery is part of that event, and in fact is also where the free trolley kicks off from. There are also great restaurants and bars within walking distance-not only that-there's a trolley that will take you to the heart of downtown St. Pete for just 50 cents-or an approx. ~$10 Uber ride.
