Everything about our experience was wonderful. We will be staying with Jeff again in the future for sure.
very attentive and welcoming host, gave us lots of information about the area. Thanks Jeff!
My husband and I absolutely loved staying here. Very peaceful and clean. Jeff was wonderful to meet and gave us great ideas on things to do downtown over the weekend. I will definitely be staying here again on my next staycation if it's available. A extra bonus was finding a place where I could throw clay on the wheel at a very reasonable price!!
This was my first Airbnb trip and I must say, I was very satisfied. The studio apartment was very clean and had everything that a person could need from towels, to soap, coffeemaker and even some ground coffee from downstairs (which smelled and tasted AMAZING). The AC unit kept the apartment very cool at night. The neighborhood was perfect for walking around and just a 5 minute drive from Sundial/downtown area of St. Petersburg. There were a lot of restaurants and bars to choose from and the neighborhood felt pretty safe. I did not get to personally meet Jeff, but he was gracious in our communications.
Very comfortable and clean loft style spot. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly fellow working in the gallery downstairs. He ground us up some fresh coffee from the cafe to enjoy the next morning, which I thought was very thoughtful. My friend and I wandered around the neighborhood and had no trouble finding good places to eat/grab a drink. Definitely recommend this place!
Jeff is a great host. We had a chance to chat when I visited his gallery/cafe one afternoon. The studio is spacious with everything you need for your visit. We happened to be there for the Pride Parade and he has a ringside location. It was awesome. Don't hesitate to stay and try the Spinach Strawberry Salad from his cafe.
Jeff was great -- the Craftsman House Gallery underneath the AirBNB was full of unique and trendy art. The room itself was large and provided everything we needed to base out of for the weekend.
The location is wonderful for St. Pete, close to everything, and the Central Ave trolley is nearby for a short ride into downtown.
PomPom's across the street had a nice sandwich and tea selection.
