Great place! Very unique and comfortable apartment!
I would stay again!
Great Location and little studio Apartment. Definitely, will stay there again!
Excellent experience host was very accommodating and helpful. Loft studio is exactly as advertised and would would recommend highly.
We stayed in this studio apartment for two nights while exploring the St. Pete area. The place was exactly as pictured, very clean, and even came with a free bag of freshly ground coffee! We couldn't have asked for a better BnB experience. Definitely recommend staying here!
jeff was great, the place was comfortable, and the whole experience was very nice.
Jeff was a great host, knew the neighborhood, place was spotless and safe. Gallery downstairs is really neat with lots of character. Coffee shop inside the gallery was a pleasant surprise! Location convenient to downtown, interstate, airport, local restaurants, baseball stadium, plus Walmart / Publix close-by just in case. Full kitchen in the apartment, hardwood floors, private, enclosed patio with tables all to yourself. Went jogging in the morning in the neighborhood park that's two blocks away. All in all, this listing is why air B&B rocks. Stay at Jeff's place!
We had a great stay at Jeff's studio apartment. He responded quickly, and was very helpful with information about the area both before and during our stay. The Craftsman House is on the main strip, but very near other residential properties. I called it the urban jungle - all of the trees and plants on the property were great! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, including handmade pottery.
I'm a bit of a clean freak, and this place was definitely acceptable. The first time we stayed the bathroom could have used a little work (hair on the floor/counters), but the second time (a week later) the bathroom was spotless.
I really loved the appartement!! It was easy to find and it's not far away from Downtown. It was everything in it that I needed and I slept very well. Jeff is a very friendly host. Thanks for everything!
We had a great experience when staying in the beautiful place of Jeff. The place has a great central location and the place itself is wonderful - it has plenty of light and nice outside area, it is a part of a lovely pottery, store and coffee shop. We enjoyed our stay a lot and Jeff gave us great suggestions on where to go out to eat. Thanks a lot!
I give Jeff's listing two thumbs up! He was very accommodating, the apartment was adorable/clean, the downstairs gallery/café was lovely and served amazing food/coffee drinks, the place is positioned right on the trolley line to downtown, and he and all his staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again the next time I'm in St. Pete.
