Studio apartment above the quiet, award-winning Craftsman House Gallery & Cafe. Housed in a charming, historic 1918 Arts & Crafts bungalow which is listed on the Historic Registry. Separate, private entrance through the garden art courtyard. One large room with full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots & pans, utensils, hardwood floors, full-size bed & a full-size pull out couch. One bathroom, air conditioned, 14 windows!
Gallery features handmade work from over 300 American artists-clay, jewelry, wood, blown glass, ...Carriage house has been transformed into a working pottery studio. Cafe with fresh food, organic coffee/espresso bar, beer, wine, ...
Trolley stop across the street: take east 14 blocks to the Tampa Bay Rays Tropicana Field or 30 blocks to the downtown waterfront, Salvador Dali Museum, Chihuly Collection (50 cents), or west to the beautiful beaches ($2).

We are downstairs in the gallery, Mon-Sat 10am-6pm. Nearby 24 hours.
Unique locally-owned shops & restaurants. Six good, casual restaurants within a 3 block walk (sandwiches, pizza, Mexican, burgers, ...).
The Central Avenue Trolley stops in front of the apartment. 50 cents to head downtown, or $2 to head to the beaches. Uber available.
Rates for 1 or 2 people. Smoking allowed outside in courtyard.
