Grocery store, restaurants, large park and bike paths are all within walking distance. Located in a hot new area of Vail, with a new Ritz Carlton and other multimillion dollar properties. NEWLY REMODELED with top of the line upgrades. In the main living area there is a large flat screen TV, stone fireplace, dining room table and upgraded furnishings. Two additional twin beds are in one of the guest rooms. All rooms have beautiful Creek views. We are located right off of I-70, or a 25 minute drive from Vail-Eagle airport. This mountain home offers you all you need for a luxurious and pampered stay! This home accommodates 8 people.
Guests will have access to free shuttle bus into town, hot tub on Gore Creek, wifi, iPod compatible surround sound inside and outside, big deck with propane gas grill.

Vail lodging tax of 9.8% is NOT included in the nightly price.
This newly remodeled home has all the luxury and amenities you could ask for, while providing a quiet mountain retreat setting. Fireplaces, granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Families are welcome and all adult guests must be over 25 years of age. No pets - No smoking. There is a signed rental contract required with all confirmed reservations. Vail lodging tax is NOT included in nightly rate. Both of these will be emailed once the reservation is accepted. It is a standard rental contract and 9.8% taxes are billed separately. A $500 security deposit is also required. This is a duplex, so you must be mindful of the next door neighbors.
