This is a hidden gem right on the busiest lake in Seattle. You will be delighted with how peaceful it is, and at the same time, in the middle of everything the city has to offer. Lee's Landing Marina and residence were built by our parents over 50 years ago. A sanctuary that is 10 minutes from downtown, we have a secret home that will give you rest and peace when you come back from your Seattle adventures.

The space
This is a fantastic house in the heart of Seattle! Walk up the stairs to the Fremont Bridge and explore the coolest neighborhood in Seattle or take the bus or drive 10 minutes to Downtown, Ballard, or University District. Perfect for extended stay medical housing, temporary relocation, or whatever else brings you to the area - you will find refuge and calm here.

We are listed as 30-day minimum rental, contact us if you are planning shorter duration for discounted monthly rates.

The marina and home are FOR SALE so come stay while you can! Your stay will include biweekly cleaning.

House sits above Lee's Landing Marina and is right on the shores of beautiful Lake Union. Perfect for families, or just to indulge away from the hustle of Downtown. There is absolutely nothing like it! Boat space may be available depending on size and advance notice.

Two stories, sweeping views, five beautiful bedrooms and 3.5 baths, sauna, full-size gorgeous kitchen, and incredible decks that look at Gasworks Park and South Lake Union. This is only one of three homes on the lake that was built over the water like this. It is a 3500sf family home that was built in 1975. It has fun architecture and beautiful details that everyone falls in love with.

The house is walking distance to Fremont - A very cool neighborhood with bars, restaurants, and groceries. Very easy transit options, bike friendly, and free limited parking is available on site.

This is a great house for families, small group of friends, work conference home base, or a honeymoon escape. It is large enough for a group 10 people; the area is relaxing. A great Seattle experience!
