Good sized double bedroom apartment with an exceptionally bright and spacious lounge. The flat is situated in a prime central location within Edinburgh’s historic New Town overlooking a quiet, leafy park, with excellent amenities close at hand. There is a range of small independent shops in the New Town itself and in neighbouring Stockbridge and Canonmills and a Tesco Supermarket within walking distance. Also nearby are the Royal Botanic Gardens and access to the popular Water of Leith Walk Way and Cycle Path. There are regular bus services in the area providing access to other parts of the City and the City Centre is within walking distance.

The entire flat has been just renovated to high standard (including structural work e.g. new ceiling in the living room).

1 x double bedroom with king-size bed (very quiet overlooking a garden)
1 x kitchen with a big window, equipped in: cooker, washing machine and fridge and ample storage
1 x bathroom, newly decorated with new shower and bath

Cannonmills and the New Town are wonderful parts of Edinburgh. There are an array of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets all in the vicinity.
There is a wonderful park just across the road from the flat and from there you can walk to the large Tesco Supermarket via a tunnel which used to be the old railway line going under the city. If you continue past the Tesco you can follow the Water of Leith Path all the way down to The Shore which is a fantastic walk then you can have lunch at the shore in any one of the fabulous restaurants.
