On the main floor you’ll enjoy the large and naturally light living room with a nice size couch to enjoy the company or watch TV. The dining area is open to the living room and the kitchen and opens onto the beautiful covered deck. The kitchen is large and very well stocked and ready for your family meals. The deck is the perfect place to hang out, overlooking the golf course with outdoor seating and a gas fire table.
Up a half flight of stairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king bed, large closet, great views and large private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king, large windows, and nice closet. The full bathroom is adjacent in the hall and is the common bath for use from the main floor.
The large loft has a game table, a TV and plenty of seating, perfect for games and just hanging out.
The downstairs level has a private suite with direct access to the rear yard, hot tub, and golf course area. This room has a king bed and 2 twin beds for a private area for a small family or the kids to stay in one room. There is a full bathroom in this area.
The 2-car garage is available for use and there is a bonus half bathroom in the garage. There is also room for 2 cars out front.
This home is pet friendly, 2 dogs max, no cats. 35 lb limit. $75 per dog fee plus $100 refundable deposit per dog
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.
This home is located in the PLPOA area which allows access to each of the private lakes and a fishing permit is required to fish in any of the Pagosa Lakes. If you are looking for a great Colorado getaway, then this home is perfect for you.
