I have a very large studio which has a separate kitchen, 2 large closets and a separate bathroom. The main space is very large, with a full bed, a large sofa that seats 4-5, a dining room table, desk, tv, internet, wifi, etc.
The apartment is located at the Southwest waterfront, less than 3 blocks from the metro. The condos are on the water and very quiet.
In addition, I'm set up for infants and children. There is a crib in the corner, as well as a baby swing, seat, and playmat. They are all tucked out of the way if need be, but if you have a little one, you're good to go!
Other Things to Note
Very baby friendly!!
My only "rule" is to have basic respect for the apartment and whatever you might use. Keep things relatively neat and tidy.

Really a 3.5 rating.
This was the first Airbnb experience for both of us. Leah was very easy to communicate & work with. Once I moved in, she checked to make sure everything was okay. I was there for the Inauguration weekend, & it was very convenient. For the most part, you need to take the Metro (5 minute walk from apartment) to get to the main tourist attractions.
The apartment is a fair deal for the price - spacious, very quiet, & the elevator is really quick. There is view of the very top of the Capitol dome; if you crane your neck to the left, you can see the water. The apartment is a little worn, could have been a little cleaner, & had a few little idiosyncrasies. First, I couldn’t get the blinds to open (not a big deal because I was hardly in the apartment during the day). Second, the thermostat was in the off position, and because the weather was unseasonably warm for January, I wanted to cool off the room a little. When I moved the thermostat to cool, it produced hot air.
All in all, I was satisfied with the apartment.
