Spacious studio, half a block from Central Park, located in west 60s, convenient to Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle, AMC Lincoln Center, UWS restaurants and bars. Convenient to 1, B, C trains. Roughly 25 minute walk to Time Square. Studio is on the third floor of a quiet elevator non-doorman building. Apartment has queen size bed, walk-in closet / changing area with door, small kitchen, 50-inch HD plasma television and wifi. Apartment has amazing windows and natural light. Building is older and has lots of people who have lived here for a long time, so party people need not apply. Looking for quiet types who won't be making a lot of noise, blasting the television, etc and know how to be quiet and respectful of neighbors, especially after ten pm, even if it is the weekend.

Location, location, location! Though I stay often in NYC, it had been a while since my last stay in James' neighborhood. First of all, the apartment is ideal for an individual or a couple, who want the comfort of an apartment/studio, vs a hotel. I was able to save a lot of money making myself breakfast and Lunch, and then going out to dinner in the wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood. - The apartment is within a short distance to Central Park, located near major subway lines, which makes moving around NYC very convenient. - Communication with James was prompt and easy, as it was with Sharon, who met me to give me the keys to the place. I would definetely stay there again.
