Enjoy an amazing experience at this beautifully decorated fully airconditioned three bedroom plus loft, two bathroom villa in the gated community of Richmond, St. Ann, Jamaica.

There is 24 hour security and frequent patrols. Equipped with a full kitchen, dining room, smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, free WIFI and laundry facilities. Enjoy the community pool , mini golf area, lush trees and green spaces. Immerse yourself in views of the sea from the comfort of your front porch.

The space
The Property has 24 hour Security, a Central Country Club with a fully equipped Gym, Swimming Pool, Putting Green, Table Tennis, Picnic Areas, Walking Trail, Kids Park and Playground. Guest also have access to Richmond's own private beach and a fully stocked Supermarket/Drugstore/Deli that offers delivery service.

There is also easy access to other beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, banking, and other nearby facilities and activities. Entertainment such as the world famous Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, and Dolphin Cove are within 15 minutes drive.

Blue Haven features a 65 Inch 4K Smart TV in the living room , 4K Smart 55 inch and 43 inch Smart TV's in the Guest bedrooms. There is free WI-FI available indoor and outdoor.
There is a local Cable TV service available featuring major US and International TV Networks , and you can sign on to your Netflix , Amazon Prime, VPN etc , utilizing the Smart TV’s Apps and Web Browser.

The bedrooms, living, dining and kitchen feature Air Conditioning and Ceiling fans. At Blue Haven we strive to be eco-friendly and have installed eco-sensors on the A/C Units that turn off when the doors are left open for more than 3 minutes or if the room is deemed unoccupied.

The Master Bathroom offers a walk-in shower and all rooms have combination safes , are spacious and feature ample closet space.

There is a washer and dryer available for use.

Guest access
Access is by key pad code to be provided by host at the time of check in. Guest will have full access to the Three (3) Bedroom + Loft, Two (2) Bathroom house as well as all the amenities at no additional cost. Proper footwear must be worn when using gym equipment, no excessive noise or parties and please be respectful to residents who reside in the community.
