  • Nice appartment, a little in the dark due to the windows done in the patio but an advantage because no sound of cars, very quiet. With a baby it's perfect. Five minute to the capitole hill.

  • Just returned from 5 days at Luca's apartment. The apartment is in a fantastic location, very convenient for all the major sights and only 10 mins stroll to really nice and reasonably priced restaurants and bars over the river in Trastevere. We ended up walking pretty much everywhere. The apartment was really comfortable, very peaceful, well maintained and beautifully clean - it was a real pleasure to come back to after a hard day's sightseeing. Luca was really helpful and always quick to respond to any queries we had both before and after we arrived. Checking in and out was really easy and Luca even arranged somewhere secure for us to leave our luggage so we could enjoy our last few hours in Rome before heading to the airport to get our flight. We are already planning our next trip to Rome and this will be our first choice for accommodation - we couldn't recommend it more!

  • Luca was great and very responsive to all communication before our visit. The apartment was easy to find (we got a taxi from Termini station in ten minutes) and was just what we needed.

Sleeping wise - There is only a blanket (that we found) for anyone wanting to sleep on the sofa but we didn't ask for more, they may have been available. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely after a hard day sightseeing.

The location is good, not too in the centre but only a 10 minute walk to the shops and a couple of major attractions. We didn't use public transport once and found everywhere was in walking distance.

The only downside of the apartment, which couldn't be helped by anyone except the people above, was that the neighbour above were extremely noisy. They have a dog that barked late into the night when they returned home and they were often banging around until the early hours. They may have just been visiting for a few days as we were so please don't let this put you off.

The apartment and its host were both great. The apartment is extremely secure and the area is safe. I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone.

    We'll be back!

  • It was a great experience to stay here and visit Rome from this point with most everything acessible by foot and when necessary buses nearby and metro around 1km. Nice bath, bed and host.

  • The building itself had an old-world charm to it. Check-in was very smooth. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Three doors to open with keys before getting into the apartment so very secure. Microwave, fridge, towels, washer all provided. Bathroom was huge and looked newer compared to other bathrooms we encountered in Europe. Location was very close to Roman Forum, Capital Building, Colosseum. I'm talking about throw-a-rock-one-step-out-of-the-building-and-you'd-probably-hit-something-ancient closeness. A few restaurants directly nearby but plenty of places withing a ten to fifteen minute walk. No supermarket nearby which I found out was the norm for Rome's city center area. Bed was comfortable; free Wi-fi and a flat screen television provided.
One funny note: every morning when we woke up, we could smell delicious Italian food cooking. We could only assume that one (or more) of our neighbors were just making lunch. It made us salivate so much that we debated tracking the food down.
Overall, good experience here. Would stay here again.

  • This apartment is in a great location right across the road from the forum and just behind the Vittorio Emanuele II monument. It is a short walk to Via Del Corso and about 10 minutes to the Coliseum. There are some nice cafes in the streets near the apartment but Luca suggested that we head across the Tiber to Trastevere which was brilliant. It was about a 15 minute walk but well and truly worth it. Beautiful inexpensive cafes and restaurants and great little laneways and piazzas to explore. The apartment accommodates four with two being on a sofa bed - we had 2 adults and 2 children (aged 11 and 9) and it was a little tight for space but with so many things to see and do nearby, we barely spent any time at the apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and has a washing machine which is handy for families travelling. Wifi worked well. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

  • TOTALLY recommendable! Nice location close to Plazza Venezzia where you can find lots of buses and also very close to Trastevere where we had dinner every night. Apartment was IMPECABLE clean and had washer, wifi and AC in perfect working conditions. One last important thing is that it was SUPER quiet and bed very comfortable, all we needed!
