This is a very nice studio very close to downtown and st-Catherine street, yet on a very quiet side street. It is minutes away from all the bars and restaurants on St-Catherine street, the national library, Lafontaine park and much more.
For those of you coming by bus, it is a 15-minute walk from the bus station. The metro is only a 5-minute walk.
The studio has a murphy bed that sleeps two, a functional kitchen to prepare meals and a nice bathroom with shower. The unit gets alot of sunlight and is in a quiet building.
Linens, towels and everything you would need is included. Check-in and checkout is flexible, we can arrange and I will try my best to accommodate you.
Street parking is available and I will help you find a spot if you have trouble. I pride myself on customer service!

Great size for what I needed, internet is fast and location is great. Berri-UQAM station is just 10 minutes away and from there you can essentially get anywhere. Peter was super quick to respond and was waiting at the unit when I arrived. He also suggested a place to rent bikes from. Fast WiFi!
I had a wonderful stay here and it suited my needs perfectly. Damian is a super host and nothing was too much trouble for him. The suite is quite tiny but was immaculate and had all that I wanted to make my stay enjoyable.
Damian's studio apartment was great! Nice and cozy with a central location it provided everything we needed for our weekend stay. The place was really clean and all our accommodations were met.
Damian is an amazing host! Friendly and great communication. His apartment is beautiful and SUPER clean!! Location is convenient and the neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Highly recommended!!
Damian's studio apartment was the perfect place for my five-day stay in Montreal. It had everything I needed and was in a safe and relatively quiet neighbourhood just five minutes walk from Beaudry Metro station. It is right on the street so you can hear anyone walking by but it never posed a problem. In addition, Damian was a great host, attentive but not intrusive. I'm hoping to get back to Montreal later this summer and I'll definitely be making this my first choice for a place to stay.
When we were planning our trip to Montreal, we ended up choosing this place because of all the rave reviews the room AND the host got - and it seems everyone hit the nail on the head! We had a great stay in Damian's clean, cozy apartment, which is in a fantastic location next to two metro stations, a ton of restaurants and coffee shops, and a number of bars. Damian was also a very accommodating host who checked up on us frequently to make sure we had everything. Thanks again for a great trip!
As a first-time Air BnBer, this was a learning experinece for me. Damian's place has pros and cons.
Pros: just a few blocks from the heart of the Gay Village, a five-minute walk to the Beri-UQAM subway station, which is just three stops from the heart of downtown or, traveling east, 10 minutes to the Botanical Gardens/Insectarium/Biodome/Olympic Stadium comlex; in the same building as the Beri-UQAM subway station there's an IGA; has a full kitchen; Damian is very responsive to queries/requests (including bringing me a set of salt and pepper shakers); the price is okay
Cons: no radio or TV; a lot of light came in the main window because it's right beside a street light (I asked Damian after the first night to bring something to supplement the thin curtain and he did; he also said at the end of my stay that he would buy a better curtain for the window)(on some nights there's also light coming into the room unitl late-ish at night via a window in the bathroom (there's a glass door between the bathroom and the main room so closing it doesn't reduce the light); the apartment is basically right on the street but fortunately it wasn't overly noisy at night; I'm not finicky about cleanliness but the bottom of the oven was filthy so even after wiping off the residue of cleaning product from a previous, very-superficial, cleaning it was unusable (Damian said he shouild check the ove more often after guests; I suggested that he get a professional cleaning person on a regular basis)
I am sorry Rosemary that you were dissatisfied with your stay. I tried my best to bring you everything you requested and will certainly implement your suggestions. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me and this is the first time someone has not been completely satisfied with their stay at this unit. I think Rosemary had very high hotel-like expectations and is sensitive to light and other issues, since this is the first time anyone makes such remarks. Again, sorry about this, and I will do my best to ensure none of this happens to any future guests.
Damian was a great host. Flexible check in/out made our trip so much easier. The apartment is small but fully equipped and very tidy. It is situated in a convenient location, close to subway hub and walking distance to downtown.
We really enjoyed staying in this clean and cozy first-floor apartment. Having a mini-fridge was an added bonus. Thank you Damian for being a pleasant and organized host!
