The space
We are renting Lodge only as a single unit-- not renting rooms separately-- so best for group stays and events. Although Airbnb's system doesn't go above 16, the Lodge has beds to accommodate 40+.
This is the perfect wedding venue with beautiful scenery for an outdoor wedding ceremony, large dining room & outdoor deck for your reception and lodging for plenty of family and friends to stay overnight!! This is also a DIY space-- you set it up & break it down-- BUT no required vendors, no curfew, no noise restrictions!!
We also have all the equipment you need provided on site, no need to rent them separately-- chairs, tables, tablecloths, dinnerware, glassware, etc. We have a commercial kitchen available for you or a caterer to use. We even have audio equipment on hand useful for both the ceremony and dancing later!
Our usual weekend package is 3 days & 2 nights (arriving at noon and departing at 2PM).
There is a price for additional nights and there are discounts for longer stays. If you want a stay that is longer than a weekend or you need different arrival or departure dates, just ask!
Also, rates include the exclusive use of the property and its amenities and overnight lodging for up to 50 guests.
These rates also include the use of the facility for events with total on-site guests of up to 150. Contact us for questions of larger groups.
If you have some additional guests who are camping, then it's $30 per tent/trailer per night (maximum four people per tent or trailer).
**If you are renting for a wedding, someone MUST come and view the place well in advance of the event itself. This helps to ensure that there is no misunderstanding about available items, space and needs for setup.**
