A lot of charm for this typical parisian appartment with exposed beams, a large mezzanine, a patio and a little terrace, in the heart of Montorgueil area (in the border between the first and the second arrondissement), in a pedestrian street. Grocery store across the door and also several fresh market stands in the street. All the great shopping and cafes of Montorgueil at your doorstep !
TIPICALLY PARISIAN AREA !
All amenities (kitchen, Internet, washing machine, bathroom, fresh linen and towels).
Five minutes walk from the Louvre, the Marais and all the subway lines (subway station : Les Halles).
The appartment is really quiet (overlooking the courtyard) despite of the perfect and animated location !
This appartment will be perfect for a few days in Paris enabling you to go everywhere in the city by walk !

My boyfriend and I spent 4 days in Paris and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Antoine's apartment is very well-situated and fully equipped, even Wi-Fi is included. The bathroom is small but absolutely sufficient for a few days. Communicating with Antoine was easy and he's a friendly, reliable and cooperative host. Thank you, Antoine!
Merci, Antoine !
We had a great time at Antoine's place. We stayed over Christmas for 6 nights and the apartment was incredibly easy to find and well-located.
I had such a fantastic time in Paris, and I can honestly say that the location of Antoine's apartment had quite a bit to do with that! I am a huge walker, and was able to walk to dozens of museums, shops, restaurants, and sites that I had on my list within an hour. It's also close to one of the biggest subway stations in the city, so I was able to quickly access some of the things that I wanted to see that were a bit too far to reach by foot.
When you are in the apartment, though, you would hardly realize how central it is because it is SO quiet. The building is pretty old, so there are the usual drips and creaks, but you hardly hear anything else.
I think it's important to note that the bathroom is small, and the shower is low (you will need to sit down to bathe), but neither was an issue for me because I am really short. Also, the bed is in the lofted area, so there isn't much room for anything other than a mattress on the ground (it's actually really comfortable, though).
All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend Antoine's place for your visit to Paris!
Great host and great location!
My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed and more and was walking distance from several major attractions as well as being close to plenty of cool bars and cafes and shops too. Thanks Antoine.
Very central, cozy apartment with small bathroom (but not unusual for this area) - unfortunately the WiFi didn't work for the whole stay, but luckily there are cafés and restaurants across the street where we could log on.
Antoine answers really fast but we actually never met him because a friend of his gave us the keys upon arrival.
Especially nice is the little winter garden and "private court" which is attached to the apartment!
I can recommend this place for solo travelers or couples who want to see a lot of Paris and reach many places by foot.
Antoine has a fantastic space in a great neighborhood. Very easy to get all over the city from where he lives & Antoine was very accommodating to my schedule and easy to get a hold of.
His apartment is larger than it looks in the three pics, its an interesting space with a covered courtyard area that is very open. The loft bed area is quite spacious and I only wish it had a window to help wake up with the sun.
Everything was clean when I arrived. I was happy there was a washing machine so I could refresh my wardrobe. The bathtub is a bit strange for an American but typical for other bathrooms I saw while visiting other friends in the city.
I would certainly enjoy to stay at Antoine's apartment on my next visit to Paris!
L'appartamento era esattamente come ce lo aspettavamo. Aveva un prezzo imbattibile per l'ubicazione, il letto sul soppalco e il bagno nel vano sotto le scale. Per noi è andata davvero bene.
Great place to stay in Paris! My gf and I loved the location in the hyper centre of the city with easy metro access. There is a great little supermarket down the street, many bars and cafe's. Only wish the shower was a bit bigger, but for the price it works. Antoine communicates well and is easy to work with, highly recommend his place for a few nights in Paris.
