My neighborhood is uniquely urban and rural, close to the city but tucked into trees! You can see the blue ridge mountains but can make it downtown in less than 10 minutes!
Public transportation is less than a 1/4 mile walk and the subdivision is easily found by taxi.
No Smoking inside and no pets allowed. Keep your space neat and tidy. Please be respectful with noise level.
I have one cat, she is fairly old and sleeps most of the time but is friendly when she makes an appearance. She is exclusively inside so please be careful to keep the door closed.

Sara was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a Perfect place to stay while visiting Charlottesville!
Sara was a terrific host - thanks, Sara, also for allowing us to use your dishes for a simple dinner we needed to make at your apartment!
Excellent communication between Sara and myself: prompt and friendly. To be completely honest, the best thing about staying in her home was her delightful cat Ginger. Nice shower, everything was very clean.
Sara was very welcoming and helpful to us. We were there for a very short stay but was very friendly and accommodating during our stay.
Sara was a congenial host and a talented artist. She was readily available to give us detailed directions to find her condo since our GPS could not find the address. She met us upon our late arrival and made us feel welcome. Sara had given her home an extra vacuuming before we arrived to remove any loose cat hair when she heard that my companion had an allergy to cat hair. The room and nearby bathroom were neat and clean and the bed comfortable. However, if you like a large room, you may want to look elsewhere; the bedroom has just the queen bed and a chest of drawers with very little extra room to move around. It may be more appropriate for a single person. I'm a light sleeper so I requested and Sara permitted me to use her living room when I awoke during the night. We appreciated the snacks and coffee machine she made available in our room. Overall, we enjoyed our brief stay with Sara and will remember her most pleasant personality.
I arrived in the afternoon of the day of my reservation and Sara met me at the door and showed my my room and private bathroom. Both rooms were clean and cozy. We ended up talking for a while while I pet her very sweet cat. I appreciated the quietness of her house and was able to get some work done on my computer. I also had some time before it got dark to take a nice long walk in the area. There was a bike path close by that I followed for a good half hour.
Nice comfortable bed. The room was just as described. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Gracious host. I would definitely stay here again.
