  • Second time we stayed in Jo's flat and again we had a fantastic (website hidden)'s flat is perfect. It was even better than I remembered. There was a new bed this time so we slept really really well. In a way I dont want to write too nice things as I want to keep this little gem for myself. The flat is just perfectly located, amazing views, easy to keep clean, got all you need. We will be back again for sure!

And St Martin Belleville is the most lovely little village with access to in my opinion the best skiing in Europe. The village is little and cozy and not that old we found out, only 150 years old. They have great taste though and it feels like its much older than it is.

This time we joined in some village happenings. We went to listen to the church quire, had a look at some fire works and also got treated to some amazing live jodeling. LoL

  • Jo & XX's place at Trois Vallees is great. We came to Trois Vallees with the intention to ski as much as possible - and their apartment definitely surpassed our expectations. Located only 15 seconds from the gondola in St. Martin de Belleville, we could wake up, be out the door and skiing in less than 20 (website hidden). Martin is a sleepy little town - no temptations to keep us up late at night! - but had a few good bars (Piano Bar, Le Billig) where we could decompress, relax and play a round of pool or two. The apartment is pretty basic - all you need to sleep, clean and eat. It's is a great, affordable option - we definitely recommend it!

  • Jo's property in Azalee - Rhone Alps, St Martin de Bellivelle was an amazing experience for us as it was direct access to the slopes... Just 50 meters to the gondola and ski direct to your door when you finish skiing!
Ski rental directly beneath and the guys there are fabulous.
The Alp Hotel has a great bar and good entertainment through the week and the staff are wonderful!
Also WiFi access if you need to re-connect with the outside world!
The 3 Valleys is the most extensive ski area we have skied and it was amazing to get around. Gorgeous mountains and we had perfect weather, even if that meant we did need more snow at the end of the week.
The local restaurants are fabulous and all mountain staff are friendly
    and interested!
Jo was delightful to deal with ... all communication was easy and prompt....and the apartment offered all the comforts of home.
    Thank you Jo!
    Loved every minute!
    Cheers Vonnie and Ray.

  • It was excellent stay for me, my husband and 2 teenagers of 9 and 13-)!!!
I would highly recommend the apartment itself – very clean, nice, warm and well-equipped. It is just next to gondola and after 15 min you are in the center on 3 valleys with access to all best slopes - much more convenient then ValThorens or Le Menuir. And for sure much more beautiful and delicious – S.Martin is very good place to eat – you have real gastronomic choice-). So everything was very good. Thank you, Jo!

  • We had a fantastic stay in St Martin Belleville. What a beautiful village!!! We went the whole family; Me, Husband and 2 kids 9 and 12. We all had a fabulous time.

The apartment is lovely. It is basic but it has everything you need including coffee maker, TV and DVD. And it’s nice and CLEAN and very quiet. It’s got a bedroom with a double bed and one with a bunk bed so perfect for us. You could probably be 2 more because there is a sofa bed in the open plan living room/kitchen. This apartment is fantastic because it has the most amazing view out of the balcony just by the dinner table. Breathtaking! You could just spend your whole holiday right there. And the second best thing with the apartment is that it is right next to the lift so there is no hassle at all with getting up the slopes. Perfect for us as we could leave the kids on their own in the afternoon when they were tired and go out ourselves. The kids loved the apartment. They felt free because they could go out on their own (no cars or anything outside the apartment) and go to the shop which is 1 minute walk away. There are also several restaurants and bars 1 minute away.

The ski system is of course amazing. It is huge and never ending. The 3 valleys is the biggest system in Europe with slopes for everyone. As our youngest is not very confident on the skis we tended to stay close to St Martin and it was GREAT for kids. Long easy slopes for her and lots of good red ones for our son, not too many people either and really lovely restaurants and bars everywhere.

We absolutely loved it here and we will come back again. What a little pearl we have found. I have been to many places skiing in both France, Austria, Italy and Scandinavia. This is by far my favorite and brilliant if you have kids. We didn't want to leave. And we desperately want to go back.

Top 4 tips: If you are driving, definitely stock up with food from a big supermarket before going up the hills towards St Martin. There are shops in the village but they tend not to be well stocked and also really expensive. And you don't want to get down those hills again until you are going back home!

Eating out is lovely. Got some nice restaurants there but you need to book as they all get full very quickly.

You should book ski school and your rented skis as well to be on the safe side. There were no morning lessons available in the ski school when we got there so had to do it in the afternoon.

If you are umming and aahring over where to go. Then you have found it. This is the place to go. It’s perfect for the whole family!!!
