This is a newer 2-bedroom house on a hillside in the midst of the jungle, overlooking a creek, walking distance to Hermosa de Osa beach, which is great for surfing and where the Envision festival is held every year.

We are only 5 kilometers north of UVITA and the famous Whale Tail of Bahia Ballena National Park and 13 kilometers south of DOMINICAL.

There are numerous tours & adventures to do in the area, so you can make this secure location your home base during your Costa Rican vacation!

The space
The house is only about a year and a half old, sits on stilts on the side of a hill with a beautiful mountain and creek view. It has two bedrooms separated by the bathroom, which has a hot shower. You will have your own private parking space under your own carport. A four wheel or all wheel drive vehichel is recommended to reach this house.

There is a balcony that runs around 1/2 the house, so you can sit in the deck chairs, sip your coffee and enjoy the bird's eye view of wildlife. The house is great for single women because of it's secure location but can sleep up to four comfortably.

Where you’ll be

Hermosa neighborhood is very tranquil. It's a family barrio with it's own school, 2 churches, a couple restaurants, creeks, tropical jungle, with residents such as howler and white faced monkeys, toucans and sloths and is right across the road from the beach. Our local beach is open to the public for free, has 3 entrances with plenty of parking, a lifeguard tower and some food and souvenir vendors.
